This is a simple slow yoga flow.

Find a quiet corner where you wont be disturbed. No need for a yoga mat! Sit on the floor with crossed legs if that’s comfortable for you, or alternatively you could sit on a dining chair.

Do as much or as little as you want. Remember to listen to your body and ease off if you experience any pain or your breathing quickens or becomes shallow.
