Within our commitment to excellence, each team member has actively pursued professional development opportunities throughout the year. Unlike other Plymouth Osteopaths, we partake in and host regular study nights, furthering our narrative as expert Osteopaths. Group sessions have been instrumental in expanding our knowledge base.
Looking forward to 2024, we have planned more exciting group study nights, focusing on managing and treating knee pain in runners.

Kate’s Passion for Health Promotion:
Kate continues to inspire with her dedication to promoting health, rather than just treating illness. Her focus on skin health led to an informative training evening on dermatology and skin cancer. Kate is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, alternate Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Megan’s New Skills:
Megan has enhanced her skills by completing a dry needling course, offering effective relief for muscle tightness, especially beneficial for conditions like tennis and golfer’s elbow. Megan is in the clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, alternate Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Kieron’s Dual Role:
Kieron serves as a tutor on the Osteopathic Degree Course at Plymouth Marjon University, and provides Osteopathy and Sports Massage in Plympton on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Mike’s 30 Years of Experience:
As we look ahead to 2024, Mike will celebrate 30 years of qualified practice. His wealth of experience is a tremendous asset to our clinic.
Pia’s Holistic Offerings:
Pia brings Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage sessions to Peverell on Mondays, Plympton on Wednesdays, plus yoga classes and 1-2-1 sessions.
